AUDIO DESCRIPTION ACCESS

We are committed to supporting visitors who are blind or visually impaired. Visitors can access audio-described interpretation of information about the experience and information about the sitters from the National Portrait Gallery’s collection who feature by scanning QR codes located onsite with their own device.

This self-guided approach allows visitors to enjoy the experience at their own pace during both general admissions and during our quieter, Chilled Sessions with reduced public capacity. Captions of the narration in the immersive gallery are also available through large print copy at the venue.
