While there is no strobe lighting in the gallery, the experience includes moving images and changes in lighting that could affect some visitors.
Booking and Assistance
Visitors are eligible for a complimentary carer’s ticket, which should be booked at the same time as general admission. Our access team is available to support visitors throughout the galleries if needed.
We are pleased to offer the SignLive interpretation service both onsite and via our phone line.
British Sign Language (BSL) Support
Stories Brought to Life offers offers accessible British Sign Language (BSL) content to support d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors. BSL interpretation is available via videos that can be accessed onsite using QR codes located throughout the galleries. Captions of the narration in the immersive gallery are also available via QR code onsite, and through large print copy at the venue.
** As part of our commitment to being an accessible venue, Stories – Brought to Life have partnered with SignLive, a free British Sign Language interpreter app.**

Contact us using British Sign Language (BSL)
If you are a BSL user, you can use SignLive to connect to us via an Interpreter. Just log in to the SignLive app on iOS, Android, or a web browser and find us in the Community Directory. When you call, ask the Interpreter to connect you to the Learning & Access Team.
